whoa whoa whoa......two blogs in one day........that's crazy!
Well I almost forgot to tell everyone that we are sending a load of shirts to El Salvador.
Our very own Marshall D. is headed there with a team that is working with Living Water International. They will be making it a point to hand deliver shirts to a pile of people who will be
blessed to receive them! We will post photos of this trip, as well as from the Uganda trip as they come in. Stay tuned!

So things have been going great, We have been moving clothing and bands are coming out of the woodwork to help us get out our message! I am happy to say that we are sending some shirts to a band you might have heard of called RED. I just spoke with there drummer and I think we are going to be making some shirts just for him........the whole band likes to rock black shirts on stage!
Such rock stars.

Well the time has come...........
The shipment of shirts that are set to go to Uganda will be going out this week.
Zack and the rest of his team are set to leave for Uganda later this summer.
We are sending a load of shirts as well as a bit of $ to help them get there.
As of now the team is divided into two groups. one east coast and one west coast.
We will be dividing the shirts and sending them to the two groups who will be joining up just before there travels to Uganda......Lets pray for both the team and the People they will effect once there on location in Africa!

Well we are back from GMAs!
It was a great week. We were able to tell our story to a lot of people!
I think this next year will bring us some traction as people start to learn about STN.
We are now working out the details of joining up with several bands that im sure you know and love, we will tell you who they are as things are solidified!
We do need to put out a special thank you to the guys in Tenth Avenue North who are doing a
great deal to help us get out message out there. The guys are really being vocal about us.
Not to mention they just scored a dove award for best new artist!!!! Great job guys.

Well whats new with fig tree? We are finishing up the printing for Tenth Avenue North's
latest tour.....The Rock and Worship Road Show....with Addison Road, Tenth Av, Hawk Nelson,
Jeromy Camp and Mercy Me.
So what does that mean. Well it tells us that its time to go to GMA week in Nashville.
There we will be networking with some of today's top artists in hopes of getting them on board with Stop the Nakedness. As you may know already we have a few well known acts that are backing the mission

and so on....
So pray with us that we will be able to start relationships with more artists that will help us
get the word out about STN. Oh and lets pray for more missionaries who can take the clothing and the Gospel with them.

Fig Tree is going to Uganda.......

Fig Tree is going to Uganda...........
Thanks to some good friends that will be going there this summer we will be able to send shirts (Stop The Nakedness) to Uganda.
we are very exited about this as we have not been able to send shirts there yet and its one of the many places in the world where fresh new clothing is very needed.......along with clean water and so forth. Thanks so much to Zack Miller and the rest of the crew that will be going with him to help us cloth the needy and spread the Good news!

We are also working with a contact that is in Moldova at the moment. As soon as they return from the trip we will start working out the details for getting clothing over there. This is a place that is in such poverty that everyone i have talked to that has been there tells me they come home with an empty suit case. Its just to hard not to leave everything there. So we are going to be giving them plenty to give the people of Moldova. They go about every three months so this will be a long term location for us!

OK, well the big news is that Fig Tree Clothing is now a non profit organization in the state of TX.
We are currently working on getting Uncle Sam to feel the same way. Ha.
The trip to Orlando FL went well, we were able to talk quite a bit about Fig Tree, and Stop The Nakedness.
And over all the response was great.

OK, well we have not posted a blog in quite some time.
For that I apologize.
So.......Whats new with fig tree?
Well for starters we are in the process of becoming a non profit organization.
What will that mean other than a lot of paper work on our end,....well we are going to be
able to better see out our goals of sending large amounts of clothing overseas.
We feel that this is what its going to take for us to be less about us and more about stopping the nakedness.
We will be posting more about this in the days to come.
For now we will be getting ready to head to Orlando fl to set up a booth at a conference where we
will be doing our best to tell the story of Fig Tree Clothing and Stop The Nakedness.

Panama prep school.
They were taking ..........well just watch the video for the rest of the story.
